Dr. Delvis A. Celdran was born in Ranchuelos, Cuba in 1969 to a family with a medical tradition, from whom he learned the value of dedication, sacrifice, and humbleness. He graduated from the Higher Institute of Medical Science of Villa Clara, Cuba as Doctor in Medicine in 1993.
